Shipping & Exchanges

Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Domestic orders within Thailand are delivered in 1–3 working days via Thailand Post. International orders are delivered in 3–5 working days via Fast Ship Agency.
Pre-order items may take up to 2–3 weeks to be dispatched. Any pre-order timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address, or for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Exchanges
 We do not offer refunds. We accept size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
  • Full-priced items only — sale items or items purchased with a discount are not eligible
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags attached
  • Exchanges are limited to one per order
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received
Shipping costs
 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange — both the cost of returning the item and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. When purchasing a return shipping label, please mark the package as a "return" to avoid unnecessary customs charges. Any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred remain the responsibility of the sender.
Processing time
 Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for our team to process your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange has been shipped.

Duties & Customs
Most customs and import duties are levied once a parcel reaches its destination country. Please be aware that as your order passes through customs, you may also be charged handling fees and taxes by your local authority.
All taxes, duties, and fees associated with your order are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to retail and wholesale customers alike. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
Please note that for orders shipped to Brazil, India, Israel, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, duties and customs fees may be applied differently — we recommend confirming the current import regulations with your local customs authority prior to ordering.
Any package refused by the recipient will be considered abandoned. No refund or exchange will be issued for refused parcels.
