How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Domestic orders within Thailand arrive in 1–3 working days. International orders arrive in 3–5 working days. Pre-order items may take up to 2–3 weeks to be dispatched. For full details, see our [Shipping Policy].
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally via Fast Ship Agency. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Possibly, yes. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. For more information, see our [Duties & Customs] page.
Can I return my order for a refund? We do not offer refunds. We accept size exchanges only on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with original tags attached. See our [Exchanges Policy] for full details.
How do I request an exchange?

What if my package never arrives or is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number.
